SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This is the privacy policy of BlenderTimer. This policy applies to all services provided by BlenderTimer including, but not limited to, the BlenderTimer website (and all sub-domains), the BlenderTimer YouTube channel, the BlenderTimer Discord server, and any other BlenderTimer services.



Note: There may be additional policies apart from this policy for services not located in the blendertimer.com domain and it's sub-domains. In this case, BlenderTimer will not be held responsible for any actions performed by the third-party which breach this policy.

PERSONAL AND PRIVATE DATA

COLLECTION OF DATA

While using services under this policy, you may be prompted to provide your personal or private information (optional or mandatory) such as your name, email, etc. Some of your personal or private information may also be collected in the background (by BlenderTimer or by third-parties such as Google Analytics) such as your location, device type, browser, language, etc (some of this data is automatically collected every time you view a webpage). BlenderTimer may collect and store your private or personal data for verification, statistics, and other purposes.

SHARING OF DATA

BlenderTimer will never sell any of your personal or private data to other companies. However, BlenderTimer reserves the right to disclose your data to other services or companies not under this policy should it be required by law or be deemed necessary for public safety, investigation, or other purposes.

USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS POLICY

COOPERATION WHILE USING THE SERVICES

Any person, while using a service covered by this policy, must cooperate with BlenderTimer administrators and other users. Spamming, doxxing, scamming, swearing, spreading false information, discriminating, harassing, bribing, and other such activities are prohibited. Any user found to be breaching these terms will be blocked from the services if deemed necessary by a BlenderTimer administrator.

USE OF THE SERVICES BY MINORS

No person under the age of 13 may use any of the services provided under this policy without permission from their legal parent or guardian.

COMMUNITY POLLS

Your submission to any poll in the

#❓-ask-anything

channel is permanent and will not be removed. Submissions to anonymous polls are 100% anonymous, both to other users and to BlenderTimer administrators.

DELETING MESSAGES AND LEAVING THE SERVER

All messages deleted from the server (by you or an admin) will be logged in the background and may be used by administrators to verify users. Administrators will also be notified of messages blocked for breaking the rules.


The system will publicly log anyone who joins and leaves the server. It will also publicly log anytime a user gains an Arcane level or level role.

COOKIES

Many of the services this policy covers use cookies. BlenderTimer uses cookies to identify returning users and save settings and preferences of users. Cookies used by services provided under this policy may save private or personal information if provided to the service by the user. By using the services provided under this policy, you agree for data, including (but not limited to) settings and preferences, your full name, and email addresses to be saved in cookies and later used by the service.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This policy may change from time to time. If you do not agree with changes made to the policy, it is best to withdraw your use of the services provided under this policy. When changes are made to this policy, the

date provided at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. It is recommended that you check this page occasionally to inform yourself on any changes made to the policy.
