BlenderTimer Terms of Service

BlenderTimer refers to the entire brand of BlenderTimer and any employees, administrators, or the founder working under the brand BlenderTimer.

BlenderTimer Website refers to any and all webpages contained in the blendertimer.com domain (including sub-domains). This also includes all third-party forms displayed on blendertimer.com.

BlenderTimer YouTube Channels refers to any YouTube channels owned or managed by the BlenderTimer brand (this includes BlunderTimer).

BlenderTimer YouTube Channel refers specifically to the "BlenderTimer" YouTube channel.

BlenderTimer Discord Server refers specifically to the "BlenderTimer Community" Discord server.

BlenderTimer Software refers to any software (desktop applications) created by BlenderTimer.

These are the official terms of service of BlenderTimer. These terms apply to all services provided by BlenderTimer including, but not limited to, the BlenderTimer Website (and all sub-domains), the BlenderTimer YouTube Channels, the BlenderTimer Discord Server, BlenderTimer Software, and any other BlenderTimer Services.

COOPERATION WHILE USING THE SERVICES

Any person or entity, while using a service covered by these terms, must cooperate with BlenderTimer administrators and other users. Spamming, doxxing, scamming, swearing, spreading false information, discriminating, harassing, bribing, use of vulgar or offensive terms or slurs, and other such activities are prohibited (except if deemed unharmful by BlenderTimer administrators). Any user found to be breaching these terms may be blocked from the services temporarily or permanently.

USE OF THE SERVICES BY MINORS/CHILDREN

No person under the age of 13 may use any of the services provided under these terms without permission from their legal parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

WARRANTY

All software provided by BlenderTimer is provided as is and comes with absolutely NO warranty. BlenderTimer will not be held responsible for any damage caused by using the software.

CONTENT PRODUCED USING THE SOFTWARE

All content produced using BlenderTimer Software belongs fully and entirely to the user of the software/creator of the content.

BlenderTimer does not necessarily endorse content which may be created using BlenderTimer Software neither will BlenderTimer be held in any way responsible for content produced from said software.

Many of the services these terms cover use cookies. The BlenderTimer Website uses cookies to identify returning users and save settings and preferences of users. Cookies used by services provided under these terms may locally save private or personal information if provided to the service by the user. By using the services provided under these terms, you agree for data, including (but not limited to) settings and preferences, your full name, and email addresses to be saved in cookies and later used by the service.
